单髁膝关节置换术与全膝关节置换术治疗膝单间室骨关节炎的近期疗效对比

摘要：

目的 探讨分析单髁膝关节置换术（UKA）与全膝关节置换术（TKA）治疗膝单间室骨关节炎的近期疗效。方法 随机选取我 院收治的96 例膝单间室骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，按手术治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组，各48 例。对照组患者采取 TKA 治疗，观察组患者采取UKA 治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 两组患者膝关节疼痛优良率比较，差异无统计学 意义（P>0.05）；术后，两组患者的膝关节屈曲度及HSS 评分均明显优于术前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组膝关节自主屈曲至90毅所需时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 UKA 治疗膝单间室骨关节炎临床效果满意，其切口小，有利于患者恢复。

Short-term efficacy comparison of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of single compartment osteoarthritis of knee

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in the treatment of single compartment osteoarthritis of knee. Methods A total of 96 patients with single compartment osteoarthritis of knee in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the surgical methods, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received TKA, and the observation group accepted UKA. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of knee pain between the two groups (P>0.05). After operation, the knee joint flexion and HSS scores of the two groups were better than those before operation, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The time of knee joint flexion to 90° of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion UKA in the treatment of single compartment osteoarthritis of knee has satisfactory clinical effects. Its incision is small, and it is advantageous to the patients`` recover.
