前后小切口联合入路内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果观察

摘要：
目的 观察前后小切口联合入路内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法 随机抽取我院自2015 年2 月至2017 年 2 月收治的70 例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者，按照抽签的方式分为观察组（n=35）和对照组（n=35）。对照组进行常规治疗，观察 组进行前后小切口联合入路内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 与对照组患者的膝关节优良率，治疗总有效率，并发症总发生率，躯体功能、肌体疼痛、生命力、社会功能、情感健康、心理健康以及一般健康评分比较，观察组的明显更优 （P<0.05）。结论 前后小切口联合入路内固定术可显著提高复杂胫骨平台骨折的治疗效果，促进骨折愈合，值得借鉴和推广。

Effect of anterior-posterior small incision combined with approach internal fixation on complex tibial plateau fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of anterior-posterior small incision combined with approach internal fixation on complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods A total of 70 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35) according to the draw lots. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group used anterior-posterior small incision combined with approach internal fixation, the clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group the excellent and good rate of knee joint, total effective rate of treatment, total complication rate, and the scores of physical function, body aches, vitality, social function, emotional health, mental health and general health in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion The anterior -posterior small incision combined with approach internal fixation has obvious effect on complex tibial plateau fracture, which can promote the fracture healing, it is worth learning and promotion.
