心血管疾病诊断中急诊床旁超声心动图的应用效果

摘要：

目的 研究心血管疾病诊断中急诊床旁超声心动图的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的82 例急诊心血管疾病患者为研 究对象，所有患者均接受床旁超声心动图与常规心电图诊断。比较两种检查方式的诊断符合率、诊断用时、检查用时及检查 反应时间。结果 与常规心电图比较，床旁超声心动图诊断用时、检查用时及检查反应时间略长，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；床旁超声心动图的诊断符合率为90.24%，明显高于常规心电图的52.44%（P<0.05）。结论 心血管疾病诊断中急诊床旁超声 心动图的应用效果显著，值得推广应用。

Application effect of emergency bedside echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of emergency bedside echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Methods Eighty -two cases of emergency patients with cardiovascular disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and received bedside echocardiography and conventional electrocardiogram diagnosis. The diagnostic coincidence rate, diagnostic time, examination time and examination reaction time were compared between the two methods. Results Compared with the conventional electrocardiogram, the diagnostic time, examination time and examination reaction time of bedside echocardiography were slightly longer, but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The diagnostic coincidence rate of the bedside echocardiography was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than 52.44% of the conventional electrocardiogram (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency bedside echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease has remarkable application effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
