外伤性玻璃体积血行玻璃体切割术的护理

摘要：

目的 研究护理干预措施在外伤性玻璃体积血行玻璃体切割术中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014 年1 月至2017 年1 月收治的150 例患者为研究对象，所有患者均行玻璃体切割术治疗，随后依据不同护理模式分为参照组（n=75，实施常规护 理）与研究组（n=75，实施护理干预措施）。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，参照组患者的VAS 评分为（6.41±2.09）分，明 显高于研究组的（2.48±0.57）分（P<0.05）；参照组患者的眼压为（13.18±2.42）mmHg，显著低于研究组的（17.59±3.77）mmHg（P<0.05）。研究组患者的视力提升、护理满意度及患者配合度均明显高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 对外伤性体积血患者行玻璃 体切割术时采取相应的护理干预，能够有效提高患者的护理满意度，降低患者的并发症发生情况，值得临床应用。

Effect of nursing intervention on vitrectomy in traumatic vitreous hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on vitrectomy in traumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Methods A total of 150 patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the study objects. All the patients underwent vitrectomy. Then the patients were divided into reference group (75 cases, with usual nursing) and study group (75 cases, with nursing intervention) according to the different nursing modes. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the reference group was (6.41±2.09), which was significantly higher than (2.48±0.57) in the study group (P<0.05); the intraocular pressure of the patients in the reference group was (13.18±2.42) mmHg, which was significantly lower than (17.59±3.77) mmHg in the study group (P<0.05). The rate of vision improvement, nursing satisfaction and coordination in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking the appropriate nursing intervention on vitrectomy for patients with traumatic vitreous hemorrhage can effectively improve the patients`` nursing satisfaction, reduce the complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
