综合护理干预在癌症慢性癌痛患者护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 研究并分析综合护理干预在癌症慢性癌痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的癌症慢性癌痛患者90 例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组45 例。对照组患者予以常规护理，观察组患者予以综合护理干预。分别对 比干预前、后两组患者疼痛、心理状态及QOL 评分。结果 干预后，两组的VAS、SAS 及SDS评分均显著低于干预前，且观察组 显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。干预后，两组的QOL 评分均显著高于干预前，且观察组又高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干 预可有效缓解癌症慢性癌痛患者的疼痛症状，改善其心理状况，同时显著提高患者的生活质量。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cancer patients with chronic cancer pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cancer patients with chronic cancer pain. Methods Ninety cases of cancer patients with chronic cancer pain treated in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, 90 patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain, psychological status and QOL scores before and after the intervention of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the VAS, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, while those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the QOL scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, while that of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the chronic pain symptoms of cancer patients, and improve their psychological condition and the quality of life.
