疼痛护理干预在肱骨髁上骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 观察疼痛护理干预在肱骨髁上骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院治疗的84 例肱骨髁上骨折患者 作为研究对象，随机将其分为观察组和对照组，各42 例。对照组给予临床常规护理，观察组则采取疼痛护理干预。观察比较 两组患者的护理效果。结果 术后6 h，两组VAS 评分比较差异不显著（P>0.05）；术后24、72 h，观察组VAS 评分低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组，观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。 结论 疼痛护理干预有助于缓解肱骨髁上骨折患者术后疼痛，降低术后相关并发症发生率，促进关节功能恢复。

Application effect of pain nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of pain nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus (SFH). Methods A total of 84 SFH patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given pain nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results At 6 h after surgery, the VAS scores in the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05); at 24, 72 h after surgery, the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of joint function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain nursing intervention could relieve postoperative pain of SFH patients, and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, promote recovery of joint function.
