中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2016 年2 月至2017 年1 月收治的膝关节骨 性关节炎60 例患者，将其按随机数字表法分为试验组（n=30）与常规组（n=30）。常规组采用透明质酸钠（玻璃酸钠）关节腔注 射、硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊进行治疗。试验组患者在常规组基础上联合应用中医治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 试验 组患者治疗总有效率（96.67%）高于常规组（76.67%）（P<0.05）。两组患者在治疗期间均未发生任何严重不良反应。治疗后两 组患者的Lequesne 指数均降低，试验组低于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效显著，能 够改善患者的临床症状，促使炎症消散。

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected, and divided into experimental group (n=30) and conventional group (n=30) according to the random number method. The conventional group was treated with sodium hyaluronate (sodium hyaluronate) via joint cavity injection, and glucosamine sulfate capsules; on this basis, the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (96.67%) was higher than that of the conventional group (76.67%) (P<0.05). There was no severe adverse reactions in the two groups. After treatment, the Lequesne index of the both groups reduced, and that in the experimental group was significantly lower than the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is remarkable in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis. It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the dissipation of inflammation.
