40 例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者采用凉血祛风法治疗的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨40 例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者采用凉血祛风法治疗的临床效果。方法 抽取我院2014 年11 月至2016 年12 月收治的80 例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者，统一编号后按照掷币法分为观察组和对照组，每组40 例，患者均给予常规西药治 疗，观察组在西医治疗的基础上使用凉血祛风中医疗法，观察两组的治疗效果及随访复发情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总 有效率为97.50%，高于对照组患者的85.00%（P<0.05）；治疗6 个月后，观察组复发率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 过敏性紫癜在西医治疗的基础上联合使用凉血祛风法中药方剂可缩短患者的病程，缓解患者的临床症状，改 善疾病的预后，降低复发率，提高疾病的治疗效果。

Effect observation of Liangxue Qufeng method in the treatment of 40 patients with allergic purpura of simple type

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Qufeng method in the treatment of allergic purpura of simple type. Methods A total of 80 patients with simple type allergic purpura in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2016 were randomly selected, which were divided into the observation group and control group according to the coin toss after the unification of the number, with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, patients in the observation group were given Liangxue Qufeng therapy of TCM on the basis of western medicine. The treatment effects and recurrences of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months`` treatment, the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Qufeng method with western medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura of simple type can shorten the course of disease, relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the prognosis of the disease, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the treatment effect of the disease.
