疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析疏血通注射液在不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016 年3 月至2017 年3 月收治的84 例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同将其分为研究组（42 例）和对照组（42 例）。对照组行常规治疗， 研究组在常规治疗的基础上行疏血通注射液治疗。比较两组不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗后的血小板活化、血液流变学各指标 水平及总有效率。结果 治疗后，与对照组对比，研究组LPA、PAC-1、MAR、HCT、ESR、EET、浊b、FIB、PAgT 及EAI 水平明显 更优（P<0.05）；研究组患者的治疗后总有效率为95.24%，明显高于对照组的78.57%（P<0.05）。结论 疏血通注射液治疗不稳 定型心绞痛的效果显著，可进一步改善患者的血小板活化、血液流变学，还能够提升临床治疗效果，促进患者快速康复，值得在 临床中推广应用。

Effect analysis of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection in unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects, and divided into research group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases) according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the research group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the routine treatment. The indexes of platelet activation and hemorheology, total effective rate of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of LPA, PAC -1, MAR, HCT, ESR, EET, 浊b, FIB, PAgT and EAI in the research group were more excellent (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate in the research group was 95.24%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of unstable angina is remarkable, it can further improve the patients`` blood rheology and platelet activation, improve the clinical effect, and promote the rapid rehabilitation, which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
