脑出血偏瘫病人康复综合护理措施分析

摘要：

目的 探讨脑出血偏瘫患者应用康复综合护理措施的护理方法及效果。方法 选取2013 年1 月至2014 年12 月在本院住 院治疗的74 例脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各37 例。对照组给予脑出血常规性护理，观察组在对照 组基础上给予康复综合护理措施，观察两组患者干预前后肢体功能和独立生活活动能力。结果 干预后，两组患者的Harris 评分均 显著升高，且观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，两组患者的独立生活活动能力均明显提高，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 脑出血偏瘫患者积极采用康复综合护理措施，可有效提升患者肢体功能和独立生活活动能力，有助于改善患者预后。

Analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing methods and effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 74 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing of cerebral hemorrhage, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The limb function and independent living ability were observed before and after the intervention in the two groups. Results After intervention, the Harris score of the two groups increased obviously, and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the independent living ability in the two groups improved significantly, and that in the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing applied for patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the limb function and independent living ability, which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
