个体化护理对盐敏感性高血压患者血压和并发症的影响

摘要：
目的 探究个体化护理对盐敏感高血压患者血压及并发症的影响。方法 择取2015年7月至2016年7月我院接收的100例盐敏感高血压患者为研究对象，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施个体化护理，比 较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的血压、心率均明显下降，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗依从性、并发症总发生率和护理满意度均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于盐敏感高血压老年患者，实施个体化护理，可以降 低并发症发生率，提升治疗效果、服药依从性和患者护理满意度，值得推广使用。

Influence of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications of patients with salt sensitive hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the influence of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications of patients with salt sensitive hypertension. Methods From July 2015 to July 2016, 100 patients with salt sensitive hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given individualized nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups declined obviously, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment adherence, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with salt sensitive hypertension, the implementation of individualized nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, improve treatment effect, medication adherence and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion.
