重度失血性休克患者应用手术室护理干预的效果

摘要：

目的 分析手术室护理干预对重度失血性休克的作用。方法 选择2015 年11 月至2017 年2 月我院收治的84 例重度失 血性休克患者并随机分为常规护理组（42 例）和优质护理组（42 例）。常规护理组进行手术室常规护理干预，优质护理组进行 手术室优质护理干预。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 优质护理组患者的护理总有效率高于常规护理组（P<0.05）。干预后，两组患者的心理状态、疼痛程度、生活能力及总体健康评分均改善，且优质护理组的上述各项评分均高于常规护理组（P<0.05）。优质护理组患者治疗过程不良反应总发生率低于常规护理组（P<0.05）。优质护理组患者的护理满意度高于常规护理 组（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理干预对重度失血性休克的作用确切，可有效确保抢救效果，减少不良反应发生，减轻其痛苦，改 善患者心理状态和生活能力，提升总体健康情况和满意度。

Effect of operating room nursing intervention on severe hemorrhagic shock

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing intervention on severe hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 84 patients with severe hemorrhagic shock from November 2015 to February 2017 treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into routine nursing group (42 cases) and quality nursing group (42 cases). The routine nursing group received routine nursing intervention in the operating room, while the quality nursing group accepted quality nursing intervention. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in quality nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). After intervention, the score of mental status, pain level, life expectancy and overall health of the two groups improved, and the above scores of the quality nursing group were higher than the routine nursing group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment in the quality nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the quality nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention has exact effect on the severe hemorrhagic shock, which can effectively ensure the effectiveness of rescue, reduce adverse reactions and pain, improve the mental state and living ability of the patients, and promote the overall health condition and satisfaction.
