语言暗示及细节护理在手术室护理中的应用效果研究

摘要：

目的 探究积极性语言暗示和细节护理在手术室护理工作中的运用效果。方法 选择263 例在我院接受择期手术治疗 患者，根据随机抽签法分成观察组（135 例，给予积极性语言暗示和细节护理服务）与对照组（128 例，实施常规外科护理）。比 较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者术前1 d、麻醉前、术后1 d 的SAS 评分比较，均无显著差异（P>0.05）；对照组患者 麻醉前SAS 评分显著高于术前1 d 与观察组（P<0.05）；术后1 d，对照组患者SAS 评分较麻醉前有显著改善，但仍明显高于 观察组（P<0.05）；观察组术中心率、血压波动值也小于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理中应用积 极暗示性语言和细节护理干预效果显著，值得推广。

Study on the effect of language hints and details nursing in operating room nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of the positive language hints and detail nursing in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 263 patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (135 cases, who were given positive language hints and detail nursing service) and control group (128 cases, who were given general surgical nursing) according to the random lottery method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference of the SAS scores in the observation group at 1 d before operation, before anesthesia and at 1 d after operation (P >0.05). The SAS score before anesthesia in the control group was significantly higher than that at 1 d before operation and in the observation group (P<0.05). At 1 d after operation, the SAS score of the control group was significantly improved compared with that before anesthesia, but which was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05). Intraoperative heart rate, blood pressure fluctuations in the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Positive language hints and detail nursing interventions in operating room nursing were effective, which is worthy of promotion.
