准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术围手术期预防感染的护理

摘要：

目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术围手术期预防感染的护理效果。方法 选取2015年2月至2017年2月于我院进 行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的100 例近视眼患者（198 眼），按照护理方式的不同将其分成对照组和观察组，每组50例、99眼。对照组施常规护理干预，观察组实施预防感染护理干预。比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后无一例 发生感染，感染率为0.0%，对照组感染5例，感染率为10.0%，观察组患者的感染率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意 义（χ2=5.263，P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%，明显高于对照组的62.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将预防感染护理干预应用于近视眼患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后，可有效地降低患者术后感染发生率，提高其临床护 理满意度，值得在临床实践中推广和使用。

Perioperative nursing to prevent infection in excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nursing effect of perioperative nursing to prevent infection in excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 100 patients with myopia (198 eyes) in our hospital accepted excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing methods, with 50 cases and 99 eyes in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given nursing intervention to prevent infection. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no postoperative infection in the observation group, and the infection rate was 0.0%; there were 5 cases of postoperative infection in the control group, and the infection rate was 10.0%, which was obviously higher than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=5.263，P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%, which was obviously higher than 62.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention to prevent infection applied to myopia patients with excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical practice.
