消肿接骨汤治疗创伤性桡尺骨中下1/3骨折效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨消肿接骨汤治疗创伤性桡尺骨中下1/3 骨折效果。方法 选取2015 年5 月至2016 年12 月我院收治的创伤 性桡尺骨中下1/3 骨折患者60 例，按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组，每组30 例。对照组患者给予常规术后治疗 方式进行干预，观察组患者则在此基础上给予消肿接骨汤进行口服治疗干预，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组 患者治疗第4、8 周的治疗总有效率为90.00%、96.67%，高于对照组的60.00%、76.67%（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的肿胀消 退评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；两组患者治疗第4、8 周的肿胀消退评分均降低，且观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学 意义（P<0.05）。结论 将消肿接骨汤应用于创伤性桡尺骨中下1/3 骨折患者的临床治疗中，可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果，值得在临床实践中推广和使用。

Effect observation of Xiaozhong Jiegu decoction in the treatment of 1/3 middle and lower fracture of traumatic radius ulna

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of Xiaozhong Jiegu decoction in the treatment of 1/3 middle and lower fracture of traumatic radius ulna. Methods From May 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital, 60 patients with 1/3 middle and lower fracture of traumatic radius ulna were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine postoperative interventions, and patients in the observation group were given Xiaozhong Jiegu decoction oral treatment intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of treatment at the 4th and 8th week in the observation group were 90.00% and 96.67%, which were higher than 60.00% and 76.67% of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the difference in the swelling regression score between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05); the scores of swelling regression at 4th and 8th weeks after treatment of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhong Jiegu decoction in the treatment of 1/3 middle and lower fracture of traumatic radius ulna can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients, which is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
