针灸治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的干预效应观察

摘要：

目的 观察针灸治疗气阴两虚型2 型糖尿病患者的干预效应。方法 选取气阴两虚型2 型糖尿病患者90 例，按照随机 数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各45例。所有患者均口服达美康，研究组在此基础上给予香丹、黄芪注射液穴位注射，对照 组在此基础上给予香丹、黄芪注射液臀部注射。比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，研究组患者FPG 及2 h PBG 水平较对照组 明显更低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 香丹、黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病能够取得满意的临床效果，作为一种简单有效的针灸方法，值得临床推广。

Interventional effect observation of acupuncture on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the intervention effect of acupuncture on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin. Methods A total of 90 T2DM patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in both group were given oral Diamicron, on this basis, the study group was given Xiangdan and Huangqi injection by acupoint injections, while the control group was given Xiangdan and Huangqi injection by buttock injections. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG and 2 h PBG in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint injections of Xiangdan and Huangqi injection on T2DM patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin is satisfactory. As a simple and effective method of acupuncture, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
