推拿结合中频脉冲治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察推拿结合中频脉冲治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的160 例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机 分为观察组和对照组，每组80 例。对照组患者给予推拿治疗，观察组患者给予推拿结合中频脉冲治疗，对比两组患者的临床 疗效。结果 两组治疗8 周后的JOA 评分均显著升高（P<0.001），观察组治疗8 周后的JOA 评分高于对照组（P<0.001）。观察 组治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的88.75%（P<0.05）。结论 推拿结合中频脉冲治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著。

Therapeutic effect of massage combined with medium frequency pulse on lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with medium frequency pulse on lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=80) and control group (n=80). The control group was given massage treatment, and the observation group was given massage combined with medium frequency pulse. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results The JOA scores in the two groups significantly increased after 8 weeks of treatment (P<0.001), and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.001). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 88.75% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with medium frequency pulse applied in lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation has remarkable clinical effect.
