黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘要：

目的 观察黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效与安全性。方法 选取我院收治的120 例DN 患 者为研究对象，根据不同治疗方法分为对照组（60 例）与观察组（60 例）。对照组给予雷公藤多苷片治疗，观察组在对照组的基 础上加用黄葵胶囊。比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%，高于对照组的75.0%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者 肾功能、血糖、血脂指标水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者氧化应激指标均改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗DN 患者可取得显著的治疗效果。

Clinical efficacy and safety observation of ambrette capsules combined with tripterygium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ambrette capsule combined with tripterygium in diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods A total of 120 DN patients were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was given tripterygium, and the observation group added ambrette capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was higher than 75.0% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the index levels of renal function, blood glucose and blood lipid decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the oxidative stress indexes improved in both groups, and those of the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The implementation of ambrette capsule combined with tripterygium in DN patients can achieve significant therapeutic effect.
