米非司酮在围绝经期妇女子宫功能性出血中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨分析米非司酮在围绝经期妇女子宫功能性出血（MDUB）中的应用效果。方法 本研究选取2015 年2 月至 2016 年1 月我院收治的200 例确诊为MDUB 的患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组（100 例）和对 照组（100 例）。对照组采用黄体酮治疗，观察组使用米非司酮进行治疗。随访6 个月，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 两组 患者的治疗总有效率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组6 个月复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的子宫 内膜厚度均显著降低，血红蛋白水平均显著提高，ESH、LH、E2、P 水平均显著改善，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 米非 司酮用于治疗MDUB 具有显著疗效，可在临床推广应用。

Application effect of mifepristone in patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application effect of mifepristone in patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding (MDUB). Methods Two hundred cases of patients diagnosed as MDUB from February 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=100) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with progesterone and the observation group was treated with mifepristone. After 6-month following-up, the clinical effects were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in total effective rate in the two groups (P>0.05). The 6 months recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, endometrial thickness significantly reduced, and hemoglobin level significantly increased, ESH, LH, E2, P levels significantly improved in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of MDUB has significant effect, which is worthy of application in clinic.
