宫颈炎康栓与微波超声联用在宫颈炎治疗中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨微波超声联合宫颈炎康栓治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 将2014 年3 月至2015 年2 月于我院接受治疗的64 例宫颈炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组32 例。对照组患者给予宫颈炎康栓治疗，观察组患者给予微波超 声联合宫颈炎康栓治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、复发及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应 发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 宫颈炎患者给予微波超声联合宫颈炎康栓治疗可以显著提高患者的临床效 果，降低患者的复发率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical effect of cervicitis suppository combined with microwave ultrasound in the treatment of cervicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervicitis suppository combined with microwave ultrasound in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods A total of 64 cervicitis patients admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given cervicitis suppository, and the observation group was treated with cervicitis suppository combined with microwave ultrasound. The clinical effects, recurrence and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Cervicitis suppository combined with microwave ultrasound in the treatment of cervicitis can improve the patients`` clinical effect, reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
