聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂中苦参凝胶的应用效果

摘要：

目的 研究聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂中苦参凝胶的应用效果。方法 选取我院2009 年6 月至2016 年6 月收治的320 例宫 颈糜烂患者为本次研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各160 例。两组患者均采用聚焦超声治疗，观察组患 者在此基础上加入苦参凝胶治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状及糜烂面治疗效果。结果 观察组患者糜烂面治疗总有效 率为91.87%，显著高于对照组的80.62%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组患者治疗后，腹痛、腰酸和白带异常的整体 治疗有效率分别为87.50%、91.25%、81.88%，观察组患者治疗后，患者腹痛、腰酸和白带异常的整体治疗有效率分别为 96.88%、98.13%、89.38%，观察组各症状整体治疗有效率均高于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 聚焦超声治 疗宫颈糜烂中苦参凝胶的应用效果较好，能够提高患者的治愈率，缓解不适症状。

Application effect of sophora gel in focused ultrasound treatment of cervical erosion

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of sophora gel in focused ultrasound treatment of cervical erosion. Methods A total of 320 patients with cervical erosion treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 160 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with focused ultrasound, on the basis of this, the observation group was given sophora gel treatment. The posttreatment clinical symptoms and treatment effect of erosion surface were compared between the two groups. Results The total curative effect in the observation group was 91.87%, which was obviously higher than 80.62% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the control group, the overall treatment effective rates of abdominal pain, soreness of waist and abnormal leucorrhea were 87.50% , 91.25% and 81.88% respectively; in the observation group, the overall treatment effective rates of abdominal pain, soreness of waist and abnormal leucorrhea were 96.88% , 98.13% and 89.38% respectively, the overall treatment effective rates of all the clinical symptoms in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of sophora gel in the focused ultrasound treatment of cervical erosion has good effect, which can improve the cure rate and relieve the discomfort symptoms of the patients.
