糖尿病早期干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响分析

摘要：

目的 探讨糖尿病早期干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取我院收治的96 例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为 研究对象，随机分为干预组与对照组，每组48 例。干预组给予早期综合干预，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的临床效 果。结果 干预后，两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖及糖化血红蛋白较干预前均有明显降低，且干预组各项指标水平明显更低（P<0.05）。干预组患者及围生儿并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施糖尿病早期干 预，可有效控制患者血糖，降低患者及围产儿并发症发生率，有效改善妊娠结局，在临床中具有重要的推广应用价值。

Effect of early intervention of diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of early intervention of diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Ninety-six patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group (with early comprehensive intervention) and control group (with routine gestational diabetes mellitus), with 48 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the total incidence rates of maternal and perinatal complications in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetes intervention in early gestational diabetes patients can effectively control the blood glucose of pregnant women, reduce the incidence of maternal and perinatal complications, effectively improves the pregnancy outcomes, and has important promotion and application value in clinic.
