献血后针眼处皮肤青紫原因分析及护理措施

摘要：

目的 分析献血后针眼处皮肤青紫的原因，并探讨相应的护理措施。方法 选取2015年7月至2016年7月本市内献血后针眼处皮肤出现青紫的80例无偿献血者作为研究对象，并收集无偿献血者的相关资料，从自身血管因素、操作技术、采血后按压针眼等方面分析针眼处皮肤青紫的原因，分类统计各因素占比，并制定相应的护理措施。结果 采血后针 眼按压不当构成比最高，显著高于献血者血管因素、采血过程中姿势不正确、采血人员操作不当、多次穿刺及其他因素 等。结论 献血后针眼处皮肤青紫原因较多，采血后针眼按压不当是主要因素，应强化采血前、中、后护理干预，积极预防 针眼处皮肤青紫情况发生。

Causes and nursing measures analysis of skin cyanosis after blood needle

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the causes of skin bruising wound after blood donation and explore the corresponding nursing measures. Methods A total of 80 cases of skin bruising wound after blood donation from July 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled as the research objects, and related data were collected. The causes of wound skin bruising were analyzed from their own vascular factors, operating techniques, pressing the eye of a needle and so on. Then, a statistic of the proportion of each factor and corresponding nursing measures were made. Results The proportion of improper pressing the eye of a needle was the highest, and significantly higher than that of donors`` blood vessel factors, incorrect posture during blood collection, improper operation of blood collection staff, multiple punctures and other factors. Conclusion There are many reasons for wound skin bruising after the blood donation. Improper pressing the eye of a needle is the main factor. And the nursing intervention before, during and after the blood donation should be strengthen, which can actively prevent the occurrence of wound skin bruising.
