老年性白内障患者采用优质护理干预的价值分析

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理干预在老年性白内障患者中的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月至2016年1月我院接诊的100例老年性白内障患者，按电脑随机法分为对照组和观察组，各50 例。观察组采取优质护理干预，对照组采取常规护理，观察两组临 床效果。结果 观察组临床总有效率为98.0%，较对照组的84.0%明显更高（P<0.05）。观察组的并发症总发生率为6.0%，低于对 照组的20.0%（P<0.05）。护理后，两组对健康的认识、手术前、后注意事项、疾病的认识的掌握评分均提高，且观察组评分高于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 积极对老年性白内障患者施以优质护理干预，可提高其病情控制的效果，帮助改善预后生活质量。

Value analysis of high-quality nursing intervention in senile cataract patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in senile cataract patients. Methods One hundred cases of senile cataract patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to computer random method, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine care, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.0%, which was significantly higher than 84.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.0%, which was lower than 20.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the mastery scores of cognition of health, preoperative and postoperative precautions, awareness of disease in the two groups significantly improved, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For senile cataract patients, positive high-quality nursing intervention can enhance their disease-control effect, and help improve the quality of prognosis life.
