全方位护理干预对肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描患者检查结果的影响分析

摘要：
目的 研究肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描患者的护理方法及效果。方法 选取在我院接受肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描的100 例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50 例。对照组在围扫描期内实施常规护理，观察组实施全方位护 理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的一次检查成功率、检查完成所需时间、伪影发生率及不良反应总发生 率均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 肝脏磁共振动态增强扫描中采用全方位护理干预有利于检查的顺利进行，可提高图像 质量，降低不良反应发生率，颇具临床应用价值。

Effect of omni-directional nursing intervention on examination result of patients with liver magnetic resonance imaging dynamic enhanced scan

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the nursing methods and effect of patients with liver magnetic resonance imaging dynamic enhanced scan. Methods One hundred cases of patients in our hospital who accepted liver MRI dynamic enhanced scan were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was given omni-directional nursing intervention during the scanning period. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the examination at first time, the time of completing the examination, the incidences of artifacts and adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The omni-directional nursing intervention in patients with liver magnetic resonance imaging dynamic enhanced scan is helpful for the smooth progress of the examination, which can improve the image quality and reduce the incidences of adverse reactions, and it is of great value in clinical application.
