甲状腺微小癌术中冰冻切片病理诊断准确性研究

摘要：

目的 研究甲状腺微小癌术中冰冻切片病理诊断准确性。方法 选择于我院接受甲状腺手术并行冰冻切片病理诊断的 536 例患者为研究对象，所有患者均进行术中冰冻切片及常规石蜡切片病理诊断。比较冰冻切片和常规石蜡切片的病理诊 断结果。结果 接受甲状腺手术并行冰冻切片病理诊断的536 例患者中，45 例为甲状腺微小癌，检出率为8.40%；冰冻切片病 理诊断的确诊率为71.11%，误诊率为13.33%，延迟诊断率为11.11%，漏诊率为4.44%。结论 甲状腺微小癌术中冰冻切片病 理诊断准确性较高。

Pathological diagnosis accuracy of intraoperative frozen section in thyroid microcarcinoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the pathological diagnosis accuracy of intraoperative frozen section in thyroid microcarcinoma. Methods A total of 536 patients who received thyroid surgery and intraoperative frozen section pathological di agnosis in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients received intraoperative frozen section and conventional paraffin section pathological diagnosis. The pathological diagnosis results of the two methods were compared. Results In 536 patients who received thyroid surgery and intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis, there were 45 cases of thyroid microcarcinoma, the detection rate was 8.40%. In intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis, the diagnosis rate was 71.11%, misdiagnosis rate was 13.33%, delayed diagnosis rate was 11.11%, missed diagnosis rate was 4.44%. Conclusion The pathological diagnosis of intraoperative frozen section in thyroid microcarcinoma has higher accuracy.
