体位变化对胶囊内镜检查的影响研究

摘要：

目的 研究患者体位变化对胶囊内镜检查的影响。方法 将在我院进行胶囊内镜检查的60 例患者随机分为左侧卧位组、 右侧卧位组与直立位组，每组20 例。各组患者吞服胶囊后，在实时监控条件下根据胶囊到达位置调整体位，记录并比较各组 胃肠内转运时间及小肠检查完成率。结果 胃内运转时间比较，右侧卧位组最短，其次为直立位与左侧位。右侧卧位组胃内运 转时间短于左侧卧位组与直立位组，差异显著（P<0.05）；三组小肠运转时间比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；右侧卧位组小肠检 查完成率为100.00%，左侧卧位组和直立位组均为95.00%，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 在进行胶囊内镜检查时，采用右侧卧 位能缩短胶囊胃内运转时间，提高小肠检查完成率。

Influence of postural changes on endoscopic examination of capsules

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the influence of postural changes on endoscopic examination of capsules. Methods Sixty patients with endoscopic examination of capsules in our hospital were randomly divided into left lateral group, right lateral group and orthostatic group, with 20 cases in each group. All the patients swallowed the capsule, the body positions were adjusted according to the arrival position of the capsule under the real -time monitoring conditions. The gastrointestinal transit time of capsule and the completion rates of small intestine examination in the three groups were recorded and compared. Results The gastric transit time in the right lateral group was shortest, followed by the orthostatic group and the left lateral group, that in the right lateral group was shorter than the orthostatic group and the left lateral group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in transit time of the small intestine in the three groups (P>0.05). The completion rate of small intestine examination in the right lateral group was 100.00%, which in the orthostatic group and the left lateral group was both 95.00%, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion In the endoscopic examination of capsules, the right lateral position can shorten the gastric transit time and improve the completion rate of small intestine.
