平肝止血汤加针刺疗法联合西医治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨平肝止血汤加针刺疗法联合西医治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的78 例高血压脑出血患 者随机分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组患者采用西医治疗，观察组在西医治疗的基础上给予平肝止血汤加针刺疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的GCS评分、Barthel指数均优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后总有效率为87.18%，明显高于对照组的64.10%（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率为7.69%，显著低 于对照组的43.59%（P<0.05）。结论 采用平肝止血汤加针刺疗法联合西医治疗高血压脑出血临床效果显著，值得临床广泛推 广应用。

Clinical effect of Pinggan Zhixue decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pinggan Zhixue decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Seventy-eight patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received western medicine treatment, and the observation group accepted Pinggan Zhixue decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the GCS scores and Barthel indexes in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.18%, which was higher than 64.10% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 7.69%, which was lower than 43.59% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Pinggan Zhixue decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
