益气通脑汤治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死疾病患者的效果研究

摘要：

目的 观察常规治疗联合益气通脑汤治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法 将我院收治的气虚血瘀型急性脑 梗死患者86 例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组43 例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上 加用益气通脑汤治疗。治疗2 周后，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 研究组患者中医症候积分显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。治 疗后，研究组治疗总有效率为86.05%，显著高于对照组的67.44%（P<0.05）；治疗后，研究组NIHS 评分及BI 均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 益气通脑汤治疗气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者具有良好的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Therapeutic effect of Yiqi Tongnao decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency

and blood stasis type

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Tongnao decoction in patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, while the study group was given Yiqi Tongnao decoction on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of TCM symptom of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the study group was 86.05%, which was significantly higher than 67.44% of the control group (P<0.05); the NIHSS score and BI of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Yiqi Tongnao decoction in patients with acute cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type has a good therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
