稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效评价

摘要：

目的 探讨稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法 以2015年12月至2016年11月在本院进行治疗的64例心律失常患者为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组患者给予小剂量胺碘酮治疗，在此基础 上，观察组患者给予稳心颗粒治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的室性期前收缩、室性心动过速、ST 下降时 间及ST 段压低均减少，QT 期间延长，hs-CRP水平均降低，且观察组上述各项指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的临床 症状改善时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。观察组患者SF-36 各评分均 高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗心律失常安全有效。

Clinical effect evaluation of Wenxin granule combined with low-dose amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the Wenxin granule combined with low-dose amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods From December 2015 to November 2016, 64 cases of patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given low-dose amiodarone treatment, on this basis, the observation group was given Wenxin granule. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the premature ventricular beats, ventricular tachycardia, ST decreased time and ST depression reduced, QT time prolonged and hs-CRP levels decreased in both groups, and these indexes in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with low-dose amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia is safe and effective.
