视网膜静脉阻塞行眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨视网膜静脉阻塞行眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治疗的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的72 例视网膜静脉阻塞患 者随机分为对照组和观察组，各36 例。对照组（40 眼）单纯行眼底激光治疗，观察组（43 眼）行眼底激光联合复方樟柳碱治 疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 与对照组比较，观察组治疗后总有效率、视力提高比例明显更高，并发症总发生率明显 更低，PV、HCT、RAI、Fg、WBV 水平明显更优，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 视网膜静脉阻塞行眼底激光联合复方樟 柳碱治疗临床效果显著，能有效改善患者视力，促进视网膜微循环恢复，具有积极的临床意义。

Clinical effect of fundus laser combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fundus laser combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods Seventy-two retinal vein occlusion patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group (40 eyes) was treated with fundus laser, and the observation group (43 eyes) was given fundus laser combined with compound anisodine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate and improvement rate of view were higher, the complications incidence rate was lower, and the levels of PV, HCT, RAI, Fg and WBV were lower in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fundus laser combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion is remarkable, it can improve the patients`` view and the recovery of retinal microcirculation, which has positive clinical significance.
