电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 观察电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及安全性。方法 选取90 例下肢静脉曲张患者，按随机数字表法分为观察 组与对照组，各45 例。观察组采取电凝术，对照组采取传统高位结扎、分段剥脱术。比较两组患者手术时间、下床活动时间、 住院时间、VAS 评分、并发症发生情况及复发率。结果 观察组手术时间、下床活动时间与住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。 观察组术后不同时间的VAS 评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症总发生率为11.11%，低于对照组的28.89%（P<0.05）。两组复发率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效显著，手术时间短，术后疼痛轻、恢复 快，且并发症少，安全性更高，是理想的治疗方法。

Efficacy and safety of electrocoagulation in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of electrocoagulation in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods A total of 90 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with electrocoagulation, the control group was treated with the traditional high ligation, sub-stripping surgery. The operation time, time of off-bed activity, hospitalization time, VAS scores, complications and relapse rates were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, time of off-bed activity, hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores at different time after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 11.11%, which was lower than 28.89% in the control group (P< 0.05). The difference of recurrence rates in the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Electrocoagulation in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities has remarkable effect, with short operation time, light postoperative pain, quick recovery, less complications and higher safety, which is an ideal surgery method.
