复合式小梁切除术对青光眼视力的改善及安全性观察

摘要：

目的 研究复合式小梁切除术对青光眼视力的改善效果及安全性观察。方法 将我院收治的80 例青光眼患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，各40 例，观察组患者采取复合式小梁切除术，对照组患者采取传统小梁切除术。比较两组患者术后眼压、 围术期视力及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的眼压总控制率为92.50%，显著高于对照组的72.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后，两组患者的视力均较术前提高，且观察组视力高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的并发症总发生率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 复合式小梁切除术可显著改善青光眼患者眼压、视力，术后并发症发生率较低， 可作为青光眼优选手术方案。

Vision improvement and safety of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect and safety of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods Eighty cases of patients with glaucoma in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with compound trabeculectomy, while the control group was treated with traditional trabeculectomy. The postoperative intraocular pressure, perioperative vision and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total intraocular pressure control rate in the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 72.50% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After surgery, the vision of both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery, and the visual in the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidende rate of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy can significantly improve the intraocular pressure and visual of glaucoma patient, with low incidence of postoperative complications, which can be used  as the preferred program in glaucoma surgery.
