膝关节置换术在膝关节内翻畸形中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨膝关节置换术在膝关节内翻畸形中的应用价值。方法 选取我院收治的88 例膝关节内翻畸形患者为研究对 象，所有患者均接受膝关节置换术治疗，比较患者膝关节置换术前、后膝关节屈曲角度、膝内翻角度、关节活动度及膝关节功 能变化情况。结果 术后，患者的膝关节屈曲挛缩度、膝内翻角度及关节活动度明显优于术前（P<0.05）；术后，患者的膝关节 优良率为93.18%，明显高于术前的0.00%（P<0.05）。结论 应用膝关节置换术治疗可有效纠正膝关节髋内翻畸形，对患者改 善膝关节功能、提高生活质量具有积极意义。

Application value of total knee arthroplasty in patients with varus deformity of the knee

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of total knee arthroplasty in patients with varus deformity of the knee. Methods Eighty-eight patients with varus deformity of the knee admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were treated with total knee arthroplasty. The angle of knee flexion, knee varus, joint range of motion and knee function before and after operation were compared. Results Compared with before operation, the angle of knee flexion, knee varus and joint range of motion of the patients after operation were better (P<0.05). After operation, the excellent rate of knee function of the patients was 93.18%, which was higher than 0.00% before operation (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of knee arthroplasty can effectively correct the varus deformity of the knee, and has positive significance for improving knee function and improving the quality of life.
