参芪降糖颗粒联合二甲双胍片治疗Ⅱ型肥胖型糖尿病疗效研究

摘要：

目的 探究参芪降糖颗粒联合二甲双胍片治疗域型肥胖型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 选取于长安区医院接受治疗的Ⅱ型且伴有肥胖的糖尿病患者64例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各32例。对照组患者单服二甲双胍片，试验组患者在服用二甲双胍片的基础上加用参芪降糖颗粒。服药1周后比较两组的空腹血糖及餐后血糖水平，服药3 个月后比较两组患者的糖化血红蛋白水平及体重指数。结果 治疗后，试验组患者的总有效率为93.75%，明显优于对照组的81.25%（P<0.05）。治疗3 个月后，两组患者的FBG、2 h PBG、HbAlc、BMI 均明显优于治疗前（P<0.05），且试验组的FBG、2 h PBG、HbAlc 均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组BMI 与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 采用中西医联合用药比单纯使用西药降糖效 果更佳。

The clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granule combined with metformin on obesity patients

with type 2 diabetes

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang granule combined with metformin on obesity patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes admitted in Chang`an District Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin; while the experimental group accepted metformin and Shenqi Jiangtang granule. A week later, the level of FBG and 2 h PBG of two groups were compared，and the HbA1c and BMI of two groups after three months were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%, which was higher than 81.25% of the control group (P<0.05). Three months after treatment, the FBG、2 h PBG and HbA1c of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the FBG、2 h PBG and HbA1c of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); but the BMI of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The Chinese-Western combination therapy is better than western medicine in lowering blood glucose.
