慢性心衰中医分型临床辨证研究

摘要：

目的 探讨治疗慢性心衰时采用中医分型辨证理念治疗的方法和效果。方法 将我院收治的慢性心衰患者130例随机分为研究组和对照组，各65例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗模式，研究组患者根据中医理论对病症进行分型，同时根据病征表现给予相应的辨证治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.38%，明显高于对照组的 73.85%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者左心室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率均明显优于治疗前，且观察组患者左心室射血分数、左 室短轴缩短率均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利用中医辨证疗法可以提升慢性心衰患者的治疗效果，同时改善患者的心脏功能。

Clinical syndrome differentiation research of stage classification of TCM on chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the method and effect of treating chronic heart failure with the dialectical concept of stage classification. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital were collected and divided into study group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, while the study group received the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the disease staging and given corresponding dialectical treatment according to the clinical symptoms. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.38%, which was significantly higher than 73.85% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening fraction stroke of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular shortening fraction stroke of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation therapy can improve the treatment effect of patients with chronic heart failure and improve the heart function of patients.
