三甲复脉汤加减治疗小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探究小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症应用三甲复脉汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法 将我院2014年12月至2015年12月收治的小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症患儿60例作为研究对象，按数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组患儿给予谷维素片进行治疗，观察组患儿应用三甲复脉汤加减治疗，观察两组患儿的临床疗效及症候积分情况。结果 治疗前，两组患儿症候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿症候积分明显低于治疗前，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿症候积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患儿的总有效率为93.33%，对照组患儿总有效率为83.33%，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对小儿气阴亏虚型患儿应用三甲复脉汤进行治疗，临床疗效显著，且症候积分改善效果明显，安全性高，值得临床应用推广。

The clinical effect of Sanjia Fumai decoction in the treatment of children with hyperhidrosis of Qiyin deficiency

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanjia Fumai decoction for children with hyperhidrosis of Qiyin deficiency. Methods Sixty chlildren with hyperhidrosis of Qiyin deficiency admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the number of parity, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given oryzanol tablets, while the observation group was treated with Sanjia Fumai decoction. The cilinical effect and symptom scores of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the symptom scores of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of two groups were
lower than those before treatment, the symptom scores of the observation group is significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33% , and the control group was 83.33% , the total effective rate of two groups had significant differnce (P <0.05). Conclusion Sanjia Fumai decoction for children with hyperhidrosis of Qiyin deficiency has significant clinical effect, the symptom scores improvement is obvious and hashigh safety. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
