玻璃离子修复在上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损中的临床效果观察

摘要:

目的 观察上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损行玻璃离子修复的效果。方法 将98例上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损患者随机分为两组,对照组采用金属桩修复,观察组采用玻璃离子修复。比较两组患者的修复效果,修复后桩核冠松动脱落、发生根折、牙龈炎性反应、牙龈边缘色泽改变情况等。结果 观察组修复成功率达98.5%,高于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。两组术前SBI、PD差异不明显(P>0.05),观察组术后SBI、PD优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组桩核冠松动脱落比例、根折比例、牙龈炎性反应比例、牙龈边缘色泽改变比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用玻璃离子修复上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损效果优于金属桩核修复,值得推广。

    Clinical effect observation of glass-ionomer cement restoration in the treatment of subgingival defect of upper anterior teeth

    ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinkcal effect of glass-ionomer cement restoration in the treatment of subgingival defect of upper anterior teeth. Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with subgingival defect of upper anterior teeth were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted metal post restoration, and the observation group used glass-ionomer cement restoration. The restoration effect, gingival sulcus bleeding index before and after restoration, probing depth, the incidence rates of pile nuclear crown mobility, root folding, gingival inflammatory reaction, gum edge color change of two groups were compared. Results The repairation success rate of the observation group was 98.5%, which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group (P<0.05); the differences of preoperative SBI, PD between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05), the postoperative SBI, PD of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence rates of pile nuclear crown mobility, root folding, gingival inflammatory reaction, gum edge color change in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with tooth defect under the gingival, glass-ionomer cement restoration has better clinical effect than metal post-and-core repairation, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
