耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘要：

目的 观察变态反应性鼻炎应用耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗的临床效果。方法 将本院收治的108例变态反应鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组54例，分别给予耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗和常规治疗，观察两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况，对比治疗前后相关免疫因子水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者相关免疫因子水平差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者总有效率高于对照组，相关免疫因子水平优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论 应用耳鼻喉综合治疗仪治疗变态反应性鼻炎，具有良好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of ENT comprehensive therapeutic apparatus on allergic rhinitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of ENT comprehensive therapeutic apparatus on allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 patients in each group. The observation group was given ENT comprehensive therapeutic apparatus, while the control group accepted conventional treatment. The clinical effect, incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed, and the level of immune-related factors were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the levels of immune -related factors in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); After treatment, the total effective rate and the level of immune -related factors in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group (P<0.05), the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ENT comprehensive therapeutic apparatus applied in allergic rhinitis has a good therapeutic effect, which is worthy of application and popularization.
