超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效研究

摘要：

目的 研究超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法 选取我院2013年12月至2015年12月收治的闭角型青光眼75例患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将75例患者分为试验组（37例）与对照组（38例）。对照组给予药物治疗，试验组给予手术治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的视力和眼压，以及术后并发症发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者视力、眼压比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者视力与眼压均得到改善，但试验组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组并发症发生率为5.41%，明显低于对照组的15.79%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与药物治疗闭角型青光眼相比，超声乳化白内障吸除术可有效降低眼压，提高视力, 且并发症少，为闭角型青光眼患者提供了安全有效的治 疗途径。

Study on the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma. Methods Seventy -five cases of patients with angle closure glaucoma in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group (37 cases) and control group (38 cases). The control group was given drug treatment, while the experimental group was given surgical treatment. The visual acuity and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment, as well as postoperative complications. Results Before treatment, the differences of the visual acuity, intraocular pressure of the patients in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment, visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the two groups were all improved, but the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was 5.41%, which was significantly lower than 15.79% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with drug treatment, phacoemulsification can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, improve visual acuity and reduce the incidence of complicationsprovides for angle closure glaucoma, which provides a safe and effective treatment method for patients with angle closure glaucoma.
