联合应用干扰素、喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对心肌酶和肝功能的影响研究

摘要：

目的 探析联合应用干扰素、喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对心肌酶和肝功能的影响。方法 选取于我院进行治疗的98例手足口病患儿作为研究对象，按随机双盲法分为对照组和研究组，各49例。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，研究组给予干扰素+喜炎平联合治疗。1个疗程后对两组患儿的治疗效果，心肌酶、肝功能及相关临床指标进行比较。结果 1个疗程后，两组患儿LDH、CK-MB、CPK 及ALT水平均显著下降，且研究组各指标水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患儿的体温恢复时 间、溃疡消退时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 联合应用干扰素、 喜炎平治疗小儿手足口病，具有较好的疗效，可有效缓解临床症状，并改善患儿心肌酶和肝功能，值得临床推广运用。

Effect of interferon combined with Xiyanping on children with hand-foot-mouth disease and its effect on myocardial enzymes and liver function

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of interferon combined with Xiyanping on children with hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）and its effect on myocardial enzymes and liver function. Methods Ninety-eight cases of HFMD in our hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into control group and study group according to random double-blind method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ribavirin, while the study group was given interferon combined with Xiyanping. After 1 courses of treatment, the effect, myocardial enzymes, liver function and related clinical indexes in the two groups were compared. Results After 1 courses, the levels of LDH, CK-MB, CPK and ALT in the two groups significantly decreased, those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the recovery time, ulcer regression time, herbs subsided time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Interferon combined with Xiyanping on children with HFMD has good effect, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve liver function and myocardial enzymes in children.
