胆囊管结石的超声诊断效果及漏诊原因分析

摘要：

目的 探讨胆囊管结石的超声诊断效果及漏诊原因。方法 对2012年12月至2016年2月在我院诊治的12例胆囊管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均进行超声诊断，分析诊断效果与漏诊原因。结果 12例患者中，超声诊断为胆囊管结石10例，超声漏诊2例，1例仅表现为胆囊大、胆囊炎，1例合并胆囊结石。结论 超声对胆囊管结石具有很高的诊断价值，但也有漏诊，主要为初期外院检查均未于胆囊管看到结石，因此在检查胆囊时应常规显示胆囊管，同时结合患者病史及其他临床资料，从而做出正确诊断。

Effect and mis-diagnosis reasons of ultrasonic in diagnosis of cystic duct stones

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect and mis-diagnosis reasons of ultrasonic in diagnosis of cystic duct stones. Methods Twelve cases of patients with cystic duct stones admitted in our hospital from December 2012 to February 2016 were selected, and received ultrasonic diagnosis, then the diagnosis effects and reasons of mis-diagnosis were analyzed. Results Among 12 cases, 10 cases were diagnosed as cystic duct stones and 2 cases were mis-diagnosed with ultrasonic. In two mis-diagnosis cases, 1 case only showed large gallbladder and cholecystitis and 1 case showed gallbladder stones in addition. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis in cystic duct stones has significant value, but it also exists mis-diagnosis, the reason mainly is that the initial examination of cystic duct stones were not seen. Hereby, doctors should routinely display the cystic and make the correct diagnosis with combining patients` medical history and other clinical data.
