自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板血浆或富血小板纤维蛋白进行面部填充的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板血浆或富血小板纤维蛋白进行面部填充的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月于我院就诊的面部凹陷患者96例，采用数字随机法均分为A组（n=48）与B组（n=48），A组患者给予自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板血浆治疗，B组患者给予自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 B组患者的面部填充优良率为85.42%，显著高于A 组的66.67%（P<0.05）。B组患者二次填充率为10.42%，显著低于A组的 25.00%（P<0.05）。B组患者的面部填充满意度为97.92%，显著高于A组的89.58%（P<0.05）。结论 自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效显著，二次面部填充率较低，满意度较高，具有临床推广使用价值。

Clinical effect of autologous fat granule combined with platelet rich plasma or platelet rich

fibrin in face filling plasty

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of autolo gous fat granule combined with platelet rich plasma or platelet rich fibrin in face filling plasty. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 96 cases of patients with facial depression in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A (n=48) and group B (n=48). The group A was treated with autologous fat granules combined with platelet rich plasma treatment, the group B received autologous fat granules combined with platelet rich fibrin treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate in the group B was 85.42%, which was higher than 66.67% of the group A (P<0.05); the second filling rates in the group B was 10.42% , which was lower than 25.00% of the group A (P <0.05); the facial filling satisfaction in the group B was 97.92%, which was higher than 89.58% of the group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat granules combined with platelet rich fibrin in the treatment of facial depression has significant clinical effect, which has low second filling rates and high satisfaction, it has the value of clinical application.
