腹腔镜与开腹手术在胃穿孔修补术中的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析腹腔镜与开腹手术在胃穿孔修补术中的疗效。方法 选取来本院就诊的60例胃穿孔修补手术患者，按照手术方式将其分为腹腔镜组和开腹组，每组30例，分别采用腹腔镜手术和开腹手术。观察两组患者的术中、术后情况及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者的手术时间比较，无明显差异（P>0.05）；腹腔镜组患者术中出血量明显低于开腹组患者，下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间明显短于开腹组患者（P<0.05）。腹腔镜组患者的感染、穿孔复发及腹腔囊张发生率均明显低于开腹组（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术在胃穿孔修补术中的创伤面积明显小于开腹手术方式，且出血量少，术后并发症少，具有极高的推广价值。

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in gastric perforation repair

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of gastric perforation repair. Methods Sixty cases of patients with gastric perforation repair in our hospital were selected and divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group according to the surgery method, with 30 cases in each group, and received laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy respectively. The operation, postoperative situation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time of the two groups (P>0.05); the intraoperative blood loss of the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the laparotomy group, the time of getting out of bed, gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization of the laparoscopic group were significantly shorter than those of the laparotomy group (P<0.05). The incidence of infection, abdominal cavity and recurrence of gastric perforation of the laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of the laparotomy group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has smaller traumatic area in the treatment of gastric perforation repair than laparotomy surgery, lower intraoperative blood loss and less postoperative complications, which has a very high promotion value.
