膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤病例报道及文献回顾

摘要：

目的 总结膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治体会。方法 分析4例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤患者的临床资料，结合文献复习总结膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治方法。结果 患者手术顺利，术后随访6个月，血压正常，肿瘤无复发。结论 膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤是一种罕见肿瘤，其临床诊断应充分结合病史及辅助检查，注意避免误诊，手术切除是最有效的治疗方法。

Cases report and literature review of bladder pheochromocytoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of bladder pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of bladder pheochromocytoma were analyzed, and the methods of diagnosis and treatment were summarized combined with literature review. Results The patients were all operated successfully, and the blood pressure were normal after 6 months, no tumor had recurrence. Conclusion Bladder pheochromocytoma is a very rare tumor, the clinical diagnosis should be fully integrated with its disease history and auxiliary examination. More attention should be paid to avoid misdiagnosis, and the surgical resection is the most efficient treatment option for bladder pheochromocytoma.
