腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析104例慢性肾衰竭患者的临床资料， 根据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，各52例。对照组患者采用腹膜透析进行治疗，观察组患者采用血液透析联合腹膜透析进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能、血液指标水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者肌酐、尿素氮水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者肌酐、尿素氮水平均显著优于治疗前，且观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者血红蛋白、白蛋白、血钾、血糖水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者血红蛋白、白蛋白水平均显著优于治疗前，且观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前后血钾、血糖水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 针对慢性肾衰竭患者采用腹膜透析联合血液透析进行治疗可有效改善治疗效果，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with chronic renal failure were retrospectively analyzed, which were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with peritoneal dialysis, and the observation group was treated with modialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis, then the renal function and blood indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference on the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of hemoglobin, albumin, serum potassium and blood glucose between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of hemoglobin and albumin in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, while those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference on serum potassium and blood glucose between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic renal
failure, using peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis for treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect, which has a high clinical value.
