综合护理干预在微创术治疗高血压脑出血中的效果观察

摘要：

目的 研究综合护理干预在微创术治疗高血压脑出血中的临床效果。方法 选取2015年4月至2016年5月于我院就诊的120例高血压脑出血患者，根据患者入院先后顺序将其分成对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用综合护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活自理能力及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者生活自理能力明显优于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症发生率明 显少于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 对微创术治疗高血压脑出血患者采用综合护理干预，患者护理满意度高、生活自理能力强、术后并发症少，具有极大的推广价值。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

by minimally invasive surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing method, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction, self -care ability and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive surgery has high nursing satisfaction, strong self-care ability and little postoperative complications, which has great promotion value.
