动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者给予细节化护理管理干预对并发症及预后的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者给予细节化护理管理干预对并发症及预后的影响。方法 选取于我院就诊的98例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，各49例。对照组患者应用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上应用细节化护理管理干预，两组患者均随访半年，比较两组患者的并发症发生率、ADL评分、KPS评分及GOS预后评分。结果 对照组患者的并发症发生率为40.82%，显著高于观察组的16.33%（P<0.05）。干预后，两组患者的ADL评分、KPS评分及GOS预后评分均明显优于干预前，且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者采取细节化护理管理干预，能显著改善患者预后，减少并发症的发生。

Detailed nursing management in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and its

effects on complications and prognosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing management in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and its effects on complications and prognosis. Methods Ninety -eight cases of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted detailed nursing management on the basis of the routine nursing. The incidence rate of the complications, ADL score, KPS score and GOS score of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complications of the control group was 40.82%, which was higher than 16.33% of the observation group (P<0.05). After intervention, the ADL score, KPS score and GOS score of the two groups were better than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, the detailed nursing management can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
