妊娠期高血压疾病合并视网膜剥脱的临床护理

摘要：

目的 探究对妊娠期高血压疾病合并视网膜剥脱患者实施加强护理干预后的临床效果。方法 选择我院妊娠期高血压疾病合并视网膜剥脱患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例。对照组给予常规基础护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上实施加强护理干预，比较两组患者的妊娠结局、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组早产、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫及巨大儿发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠期高血压疾病合并视网膜剥脱患者加强护理干预后取得的临床成效显著，在提高患者生活质量的同时，使妊娠结局明显改善，应广泛推广。

Clinical nursing of pregnancy-induced hypertension combined with retinal detachment

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enhanced nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension combined with retinal detachment. Methods Eighty cases of patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension combined with retinal detachment were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received normal conventional nursing, while the observation group received enhanced nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the pregnancy outcomes, the quality of life and the satisfaction for the nursing were compared in the two groups. Results The occurrence rate of premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and fetal macrosomia in the observation group were much lower than those of the the control group (P<0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was much higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Enhanced nursing is effective for patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension combined with retinal detachment. It can improve the quality of life of patients, and the pregnancy outcome also improves significantly, which is worthy of popularized.
