舒适护理联合分组量化考核对胃食管反流微量射频治疗预后的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理与分组量化考核在胃食管反流微量射频治疗中的应用及对患者预后的影响。方法 选取我院收治的76例胃食管反流微量射频治疗患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各38例。研究组患者采用舒适护理，并对护理效果进行量化考核；对照组患者采用常规护理，对比分析两组患者的护理质量、舒适度、预后情况等。结果 研究组患者 CVRS评分、舒适度评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组护理质量评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者的术后黏膜损伤发生率为0.00%，出血率为5.26%，并发症发生率为7.89%，明显分别低于对照组的5.26%、15.79%、18.42%（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理联合分组量化考核应用于胃食管反流微量射频治疗患者中，可全面兼顾患者的身心舒适度，提高护理质量，对患者预后有积极的促进作用。

Comfortable nursing combined with grouping quantitative evaluation in gastroesophageal reflux patients with trace radiofrequency treatment and its effect on prognosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the comfortable nursing combined with grouping quantitative evaluation in gastroesophageal reflux patients with trace radiofrequency treatment and its effect on prognosis. Methods Seventy-six cases of gastroesophageal reflux patients who treated with trace radiofrequency treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The study group received comfortable nursing combined with grouping quantitative evaluation, and the control group accepted routine nursing. The quality of nursing, comfort and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The CVRS score and comfort score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of nursing scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). In study group, the incidence rate of mucosalinjury was 0.00% , bleeding rate was 5.26% , and the complication rate was 7.89%, which were lower than 5.26%, 15.79% and 18.42% respectirely of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing combined with grouping quantitative evaluation applied in gastroesophageal reflux patients with radiofrequency treatment has comprehensive consideration on patients` physical and mental comfort. It can improve the quality of nursing, and plays a positive role in promoting the prognosis.
